Shipping
We ship from Queensland to anywhere in Australia with Australia Post. Shipping is a fixed price Australia-wide, based on the weight of your order.

Orders over 22 kg, or team and club orders: email easytrailau@gmail.com before you order and we'll quote the shipping. It depends on the size of the boxes and where they're going.
We don't offer free shipping at the moment. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
We pack and send orders within 3 to 5 business days of payment. After that, delivery time depends on Australia Post, your location and the service you choose.
Address changes and problems
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If it needs changing, or your parcel is late, damaged or missing, email easytrailau@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
GST
Easy Trail is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on products or shipping.
